Inspired by an iconic slapstick comedy sketch and New Year’s Eve tradition in Europe for over 60 years, DINNER FOR ONE tells the story of a butler helping his employer celebrate her annual dinner party. Unpredictable mishaps and a little too much wine result in a hilarious evening full of physical comedy, music, and human connection.

This brand-new production will be a hilarious and heartfelt celebration of love, loss, found family, and live music. The play is created in collaboration with local theater stars Christina Baldwin, Sun Mee Chomet, Jim Lichtscheidl, and musician Emilia Mettenbrink.

We have opened up a waitlist for our SOLD OUT performances. Email boxoffice@jungletheater.org with your name, contact information and preferred dates to be added. 

If you have tickets for DINNER FOR ONE and your plans have changed, please contact our box office to make arrangements. Our box office will do their best to accommodate patrons as turnback tickets become available, but Exchanges for existing tickets cannot be made into sold out performances. Ticket exchanges are not transferable between shows or seasons.

PAY AS YOU ARE pricing asks those who routinely pay $45 for theater tickets to pay that amount; it is the actual fair market value of the ticket. If an audience member needs to pay less, they can choose to do so. Likewise, by selecting to pay more than the market price, you help cover the cost of someone else’s ticket and welcome more audiences to the Jungle Theater.
